Elisabeth White is the Science, Technology, and Mathematics Librarian at Towson University in Maryland. She is the liaison librarian for biology, chemistry, environmental science, mathematics, and related programs. She has also taught a credit-bearing information literacy course for undergraduate students. Elisabeth earned a Masters of Library and Information Science from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Chemistry from Bates College in Lewiston, ME. Her research interests include digital accessibility, inclusive teaching practices, and promoting science identity.

Students will read a quick overview of the key differences between these source types, and then they will be asked to classify five sample sources.
