In my current position, I oversee library and academic support services. I am also in charge of our information literacy program, which has been made a part of our revised general education program. My teaching and research interests focus on the intersections between critical media and information literacy (media and information literacy course is co-taught with a colleague in the communication department). I have been using the framework in my own course, as well as in upper-level social science research methods courses and first year writing courses.
