How do I reset my password?

  1. To reset your password, click on “My Account”, then on the Contributor Account page, click on RESET PASSWORD. Alternately, you can click on “Request new password” on the Welcome page.

  2. Enter the username or email address associated with your Sandbox account and click on E-MAIL NEW PASSWORD.

  3. A new temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with your Sandbox account. Temporary passwords expire in 24 hours.

  4. Log in with the temporary password emailed to you and change your password within 24 hours.
