Stefani Baldivia is the Student Success Librarian focused on Affordable Learning Solutions at California State University, San Bernardino, where she leads initiatives focused on inclusive library instruction, critical information literacy, and culturally relevant outreach. She works closely with student success programs that support historically underserved populations. With an academic background in Native American Studies and a Master of Library and Information Science from Cal Poly Humboldt and San José State University, respectively, Stefani brings a deeply rooted commitment to social justice into her work as an information professional. Her research interests include Latinx leadership in libraries, servingness in library instruction, anticolonial approaches to archival work, teaching with primary sources, and diversifying collections through community-centered oral histories
