Nessa is a librarian at Joliet Junior College (JJC) and the College of DuPage (COD). She holds an MLIS from UW-Madison, an undergraduate degree from UIowa, and is currently pursuing an MSEd in Instructional Technology. With a focus on critical pedagogy and constructivist learning, she helps students find nuance in complex information landscapes. She empowers students to move from passive consumption to active, skeptical research.
